Rockies Game

A few weeks ago Brandon's friend Jordan invited us to go to a Colorado Rockies game (that's baseball for those of you who are confused). A few months ago Jordan had entered a contest to design a shirt for the Rockies' fans. He won the contest, was given tickets behind home plate, and got to throw the first pitch of the game! It was a really fun experience...we got to be on the field while the National Anthem was sung and while Jordan threw the first pitch. Here are some pictures from the day...

Special chamber where they keep the baseballs
because of the altitude.
Waiting in our locker room for the start of the game.
Standing on the field!
Jordan's winning shirt design (this is the
actual press they used to make them).
Jordan and Dinger, the Rockies' mascot.

The Cubs

After the game, we stopped at a bar that
Terrell Davis was visiting. Brandon was
very excited, since he's the Broncos' all-
time leading rusher (and yes, I did Google that
information).
Love, Brandon and Ilissa
